How do I connect my courier accounts?+
From the onboarding wizard you pick a courier and provide your API credentials. We support multiple accounts per courier — e.g. ACS Athens and ACS Thessaloniki at the same time.
Is my data secure?+
Courier API credentials are stored encrypted (pgcrypto) and only accessible from server code. GDPR compliant.
Does it work with WooCommerce and Shopify?+
Yes — both, natively. We pull orders, create vouchers automatically, send tracking back. Also SoftOne, Entersoft, Epsilon and custom REST.
